By using www.slowflex.in or placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.

Who can order

You must be at least 18, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, and you must give us accurate delivery and contact details.

Products and images

Our garments are printed items. Colours can look different from one screen to another, and small variation in print shade or placement between batches is normal and is not a defect. Measurements are approximate. Please check the size details on the product page before ordering.

Prices and availability

Prices are in Indian Rupees. We may change prices or withdraw products at any time. Stock shown on the site is indicative; if an item sells out after you order, we will cancel that line and refund it in full.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch the item. We may decline or cancel an order, and refund you in full, where there is an obvious pricing or description error, where stock turns out to be unavailable, or where we reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorised resale.

Payment

We accept prepaid payment through our payment processor, and Cash on Delivery on serviceable pincodes. COD orders must be paid in full, in cash, at the time of delivery.

Our Refund Policy forms part of these terms.

Intellectual property

All designs, artwork, photographs and text on this site, and the Slowflex name and logo, are our property or are licensed to us. You may not reproduce, resell or use them commercially without our written permission. Buying a garment does not transfer any rights in the artwork printed on it.

Acceptable use

Do not use this store to break the law, to interfere with how it works, to scrape it, or to buy in bulk for unauthorised resale.

Liability

We are responsible for delivering the goods you paid for, in the condition described. To the extent the law permits, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
