Where we ship

Across India. We do not ship internationally at present.

Processing time

Orders are packed and dispatched within 2 to 3 business days. Orders placed on Sundays and public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery time

Typically 3 to 7 business days from dispatch. Metro cities are usually at the faster end; remote pincodes can take longer. Delivery estimates come from our courier partners and are estimates, not guarantees.

Shipping charges

The shipping charge for your address is calculated and shown at checkout, before you pay. Nothing is added afterwards.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available on serviceable pincodes across India. Please keep the exact amount ready, as our delivery partners may not carry change. If a COD parcel is refused at the door or stays undelivered after repeated attempts, we may restrict COD on future orders to that address.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to start showing movement.

Addresses and contact details

Please check your address and phone number before you pay. Couriers in India rely on a reachable phone number. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incomplete or nobody could be reached, we will contact you to arrange redelivery and a second shipping charge may apply.

Delays outside our control

Weather, strikes, regional restrictions and courier backlogs can delay delivery. We will keep you updated and will help you trace any parcel that has stopped moving.
