Refund policy

We want the fit to be right. If it isn't, here is how a return works.

Return window

Request a return or a size exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Condition

Items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging. We cannot accept items that have been worn, altered or washed, or that carry stains, odours or pet hair.

How to start a return

Email support@slowflex.in with your order number, the items you want to return and the reason. For damaged or incorrect items, attach photographs. We will confirm and share return instructions within 2 business days.

Where our courier partner services your pincode we will arrange a reverse pickup. Where they do not, we will ask you to self-ship and will reimburse standard courier charges on receipt of the shipping bill.

Size exchanges

One free size exchange per order, subject to stock. If the size you want is unavailable we will refund you instead.

Refunds

Once your return reaches us it passes a quality check within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued within 7 business days.

Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method.
Cash on Delivery orders are refunded by UPI or bank transfer to details you provide, because there is no original payment method to reverse.

Shipping charges are refunded only where the item was damaged, defective or incorrectly sent.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Report within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and, where possible, a parcel-opening video. We will replace the item or refund you in full, including shipping, at no cost to you.

Not eligible for return

Items returned after 7 days, items without their original tags, items damaged after delivery, and items bought in a clearance or final-sale drop where that is stated on the product page.
